Redcon1 Tactical offers a lifetime warranty on all R1 Tactical name-brand products.
General Shipping Policy
Redcon1 Tactical LLC takes great pride in our ability to provide our customers with fast, same-day shipping for most orders placed before 1 p.m. EST on Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. EST on Saturday. We also offer free shipping on orders over $200. In very rare cases, please allow up to 48 hours after the order has been placed for product(s) to ship - this generally happens when orders are placed after the cutoff time on Saturday afternoons. When ordering, please allow 1-3 days shipping for USPS Priority Mail based on the destination of the package and Post Office acceptance time (includes free insurance up to $50), 3-5 days shipping for USPS First Class Mail (packages less than 1 lb and does NOT include insurance) and 1-5 business-days (MON-FRI) shipping for UPS Ground (location dependent, does not ship to P.O. Boxes) from the time the order is picked up by the carrier. Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping service selected, shipping location, the weight of the items, and arrival time. All orders include tracking information and confirmation of delivery service (see Shipment Tracking Information below).
Redcon1 Tactical LLC guarantees the delivery of the package to the address provided at checkout. A package is determined to be delivered when its tracking number shows "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. Redcon1 Tactical LLC will not be liable for the loss of shipment if the tracking status shows "Delivered". In such cases, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim: for USPS call 800-275-8777 and UPS call 800-742-5877.
Shipment Cutoff Times
All orders received after the cutoff times listed below will ship the following business day.
Monday through Friday: 1 p.m. EST
- All carriers.
Saturday: 11 a.m. EST
- USPS only.
- There is no UPS Ground pick up on Saturday. Orders placed using UPS Ground on the weekend, ship the following business day.
Sundays and Holidays: Closed
Please account for the carrier's holiday schedule, as well as, its operating hours when placing orders and calculating delivery transit times. Scheduled holidays and the carrier's hours of operation may affect when your order is picked up by the carrier and when it is delivered to its destination.
The delivery times displayed at checkout are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.* Delivery times start from the day that your package is received and accepted by the shipping carrier rather than the date that your order was placed. Holidays and severe weather conditions will affect delivery times and delay a package's delivery.

Redcon1 Tactical LLC ships to the address provided and shipping carrier selected by the customer at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is entered during checkout. Redcon1 Tactical LLC is not responsible for errors in shipping addresses inputted by the customer and cannot be held liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. You will have two opportunities to verify and review your address prior to submitting your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email allowing you to reverify the address prior to shipment. Redcon1 Tactical LLC verifies postal addresses using an Address Validation API provided by the USPS to confirm the address is mailable and returns it in a standardized format recognized by the USPS. All addresses will be verified with the carrier prior to shipment. Invalid addresses that cannot be verified through the shipping carrier will delay the shipment, and we will not ship until the address is updated by the customer. Once the address is reverified with the shipping carrier, then your order will promptly ship.
Delivery times vary from one carrier and class of mail to another. Inclement weather and/or unprecedented package increases due to peak online shopping seasons may impact carrier delivery times and cause delays in the packages. In many instances, your package may still be in-transit and is not lost or delayed depending on when your order was placed and shipped. Please ensure you check your order's tracking information daily for status updates on its current location and expected delivery time (see Shipment Tracking Information below for more information). USPS determines a package is delayed if the Priority Mail package has exceeded 7 days from the date of mailing. UPS determines a package is delayed if the package has not been delivered within 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time.
If your tracking has ceased to show movement on the package, and delivery has exceeded the expected delivery date by 7 business days for USPS and 24 hours for UPS, then please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or (910) 777-5376. We will do everything we can to locate your package to ensure its prompt delivery. The sooner you let us know there is an issue, the better chance we have in locating your package and getting it back on track for delivery.
In the event your package is delayed, Redcon1 Tactical LLC will initiate a missing package search with the carrier. The missing package search will trigger an alert in the carrier's system for your tracking number, which in most cases will locate your package and get it moving again. Once the missing package search is initiated, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the carrier to investigate, locate your package, and respond with an answer. Redcon1 Tactical LLC will not issue a refund or a replacement for your order during this investigation period in the event that your package is located and successfully delivered.
First, please ensure your order was shipped from Redcon1 Tactical LLC by tracking the package's history to confirm the status of the shipment. Redcon1 Tactical LLC is not responsible for errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer. If the package was lost due to a mistake by Redcon1 Tactical LLC, then we will immediately replace the lost parts or provide a full refund.
Redcon1 Tactical LLC guarantees the delivery of the package to the address provided at checkout. A package is determined to be delivered when its tracking number is marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. Redcon1 Tactical LLC will not be liable for the loss of shipment if the tracking status shows "Delivered". - If the customer purchased Route Shipping Protection, then the customer may quickly and easily file an insurance claim directly with Route's Resolve Center (see Route Shipping Insurance below) to promptly receive a refund.
- If the customer declined to purchase Route Shipping Protection and the carrier has determined that your package is lost and it is no longer in transit, then the customer is responsible for contacting email@example.com. Redcon1 Tactical LLC will assist with the process of filing an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. The filing period for a lost USPS Priority Mail package is 15 days after the mailing date and the filing period for UPS Ground packages is 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Please note that refunds and order replacements will not occur until after the claim has been successfully settled with the shipping carrier, which in some cases can take several weeks to resolve. Missing Items and Damaged Packages
Please inspect and inventory the contents of your order at the time of delivery. If you are missing any products or happen to find damage to your products, please contact us immediately to initiate an investigation and claim with the shipping carrier.
Damage at Time of Delivery: Damage can occur during transit. Immediately open the package and inspect all of your items. Please take pictures of any damage done to the packaging to assist with filing an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. Product damage and missing items must be documented and forwarded to Redcon1 Tactical LLC at firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to note damage may result in the damage claim being denied.
Internal Package Damage Found After Delivery: If damage is found once the package is opened, please notify Redcon1 Tactical LLC within 72 hours with picture evidence.
Missing or Incorrect Items: Please inventory your items and compare them with the items listed on the provided invoice. Backordered items will be noted on the invoice in the event they were not shipped and will ship upon availability. Missing items or discrepancies with your order must be reported to Redcon1 Tactical LLC within 72 hours of the receipt of delivery.
Route Shipping Insurance
Redcon1 Tactical LLC's top priority is making sure you receive your package. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to insure your package using Route Shipping Protection from loss, damage, and theft in transit. Route Shipping Protection is a low-cost, optional insurance add-on that offers you peace of mind that your order is covered in the unfortunate event of loss or damage upon delivery. How to File an Insurance Claim
A. If Route package protection is purchased, then Route makes it easy to file a claim. Route insurance claims can be filed in one of three ways. You may file a claim through the confirmation email that Route sends you after you checkout by clicking on the 1) Resolve an Issue button. Claims may also be resolved directly through the 2) Route app or reporting an order issue using 3) Route's Resolve Center.
Route's Resolve Center
- Customer orders from the merchant.
- Customers order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
- The customer reports an order issue using Route's Resolve Center.
- Route will programmatically assess the issue using Route's policy rules/guidelines to determine if the reported order issue qualifies for a replacement order or refund.
If the reported issue does qualify, Route will automatically issue a refund to the customer.
NOTE: Route does not cover shipping on reorders or refunds.
If the reported issue does not qualify, Route will notify the customer via the issue status page that their request has been denied and why it was denied.
Route package protection will guarantee that your items are promptly refunded. Shipping insurance is non-refundable. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com.

Shipment Tracking Information
Once your order is placed, you will receive an 1) Order Confirmation email with a detailed list of the items ordered and the total amount charged. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a 2) Shipment Confirmation email with the courier's tracking information. If you did not receive a Shipment Confirmation email, please check your spam folder and email settings, or notify Redcon1 Tactical LLC to request the information to be sent to you again. In many cases, the failure to receive a Shipment Confirmation email is due to the customer providing an incorrect email during checkout. In this situation, please call sales at (910) 777-5376 to verify the email associated with your order and update your account information. For all registered users, your order information to include tracking information and order history can be found by logging in with your user name and password or clicking on the Order Status link on our website and entering your Order Number, email, and billing zip code. Once your order is delivered, you will receive a 3) Delivery Confirmation email.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is entered during checkout. Once the package is shipped, it is the responsibility of the customer to track the package's delivery and immediately notify Redcon1 Tactical LLC if there are any issues during its delivery.

Firearms cannot ship to a PO Box. All firearms purchases must ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer. Direct Adult Signature will be required for all items with serial numbers requiring an FFL transfer.
