All products featured on our website reflect in-store availability. If you can add it to the cart, then it's In-Stock and Ready to Ship! We do NOT drop ship from an outside third party, so you can expect fast same-day shipping for most orders placed by 3 p.m. EST from Monday to Friday and 11 a.m. EST on Saturday.
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Redcon1 Tactical within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange subject to the conditions outlined in the below Return Policy. All products sold by Redcon1 Tactical are new and under warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated in the product description. Redcon1 Tactical offers a lifetime warranty on all R1 Tactical name-brand products. If the product is defective, Redcon1 Tactical will exchange the item(s) or give you a full refund including shipping costs within 30 days of receipt.
General Shipping Policy
Redcon1 Tactical LLC takes great pride in our ability to provide our customers with fast, same-day shipping for most orders placed before 3 p.m. EST on Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. EST on Saturday. We also offer free shipping on orders over $200. In very rare cases, please allow up to 48 hours after the order has been placed for product(s) to ship - this generally happens when orders are placed on Saturday afternoon. When ordering, please allow 1-3 days shipping for USPS Priority Mail (includes free insurance up to $50), 3-5 days shipping for USPS First Class Mail (packages less than 1lb and does NOT include insurance), and 1-7 days shipping for both UPS and FedEx (location dependent) from the time the order is picked up by the carrier. Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping service selected, shipping location, the weight of the items, and arrival time. All orders include tracking information and confirmation of delivery service (see Shipment Tracking Information below).
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter their shipping address correctly. Please verify the shipping address prior to placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed allowing you to re-verify the address prior to shipment. Invalid addresses will delay the shipment and will not ship until the address is updated by the customer and re-verified with the shipping carrier.

Firearms cannot ship to a PO Box. All firearms purchases must ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer. Direct Adult Signature will be required for all items with serial numbers requiring an FFL transfer. International Orders / APO Addresses
Redcon1 Tactical LLC is not authorized to ship or sell items outside of the United States.
For all products excluding firearms, we are able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail; please email firstname.lastname@example.org with order information to request a quote. Information needed for APO/FPO/DPO addresses must include the following information.
Name: Recipient's Name (Rank/Grade is optional)
Address: Unit's Military Post Box Number (Base, Unit or ship's name and hull number)
City: APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office)
State: AA (Armed Forces Americas), AP (Armed Forces Pacific), or AE (Armed Forces Europe)
Zip Code: 5-digit zip code, preferably zip+4
Shipment Tracking Information
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with a detailed list of the items ordered and the total charged. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will notify you of the courier and the shipment's tracking information. If you did not receive your tracking number, please check your spam folder and settings or notify Redcon1 Tactical, LLC to request the information to be sent to you. For all registered users, your order information to include tracking information and order history can be found by logging in with your user name and password. Once your order is delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
Redcon1 Tactical LLC is responsible for the shipment of your order to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is entered during checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to track the package's delivery and immediately notify Redcon1 Tactical, LLC if there are any issues during its delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please ensure the order was first shipped from Redcon1 Tactical, LLC by tracking the package's history to confirm the status of the shipment. If the package was lost due to a mistake by Redcon1 Tactical, LLC, then we will immediately replace the lost parts or provide a full refund.
If your tracking number shows delivered, but you still did not receive the package, then it is the responsibility of the customer to now contact the carrier directly before we can intervene or file a claim. The phone number for USPS is 800-275-8777, FedEx is 800-463-3339, and for UPS is 800-742-5877.
Redcon1 Tactical LLC wants you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return, refund, or exchange from the receipt of shipment. The customer must contact Redcon1 Tactical at email@example.com or (910) 777-5376 prior to any return, refund, or exchange to receive an RMA number. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the returnee is responsible for any costs associated with return shipping. In the case that Redcon1 Tactical provides the customer with a return shipping label, the shipping charges will be deducted from the customer's refund. It is highly recommended that the returnee obtains proof that the item has been returned by obtaining a receipt with tracking information which shows the package has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier. Without proof that the return has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Redcon1 Tactical cannot be held liable for a lost return.
All returns, refunds, or exchanges will take up to 3-5 business days to be processed once the items are received. If the product is defective (excluding barrels), Redcon1 Tactical will exchange the item(s) or give you a full refund including shipping costs within 30 days of receipt. Return costs associated with items that are bought in error or due to buyer's remorse are the responsibility of the returnee. Items that are unused with all of the original packaging and accessories can be returned and will receive a full refund minus any incurred shipping charges if applicable. The returned items must include all of the accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration information that were originally shipped with the product. Returns exceeding 120 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
Products that are Ineligible for Return
Barrels: For safety and legal liability reasons, we do not accept returns on barrels. Defective barrels must be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty service.
Products that have been Used or Missing Parts: All returns must be returned in its original condition (i.e. unused) with all of the original packaging and accessories. If the packaging is damaged or missing, the product will no longer be eligible for return. Modifications done to the product by the customer are ineligible for return.
The product will be considered used:
- If it has been installed or mounted to a firearm.
- Shows signs of installation marks or scratches to the finish.
- Has been physically altered or damaged.
Refunds for returned items will be in the same form as the original payment type or can be redeemed for in-store credit. Please specify at the time of return. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs to and from the customer are not subject to refund.
