Redcon1 Tactical LLC wants you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return, refund, or exchange from the receipt of shipment. The customer must contact Redcon1 Tactical at firstname.lastname@example.org or (910) 777-5376 prior to any return, refund, or exchange to receive an RMA number. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the returnee is responsible for any costs associated with return shipping. In the case that Redcon1 Tactical provides the customer with a return shipping label, the associated shipping charges will be deducted from the customer's refund. When sending back your return, it is highly recommended that the returnee obtains a receipt with tracking information that shows the package has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier. Without proof that the return has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Redcon1 Tactical cannot be held liable for a lost return.
All returns, refunds, or exchanges will take up to 3-5 business days to be processed once the items are received. If the product is defective (excluding barrels), Redcon1 Tactical will exchange the item(s) or give you a full refund including shipping costs within 30 days of receipt. Return costs associated with items that are bought in error or due to buyer's remorse are the responsibility of the returnee. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition with all the original packaging and accessories to receive a full refund or credit minus any incurred return-shipping charges. We do not accept returns for products that have been installed, intentionally modified, missing their original packaging, or show signs of damage, scratches, or wear due to installation. Any used or damaged parts will be returned to the customer. The returned items must include all of the accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration information that were originally shipped with the product. Returns exceeding 120 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
Products that are Ineligible for Return
Barrels: For safety and legal liability reasons, we do not accept returns on barrels. Defective barrels must be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty service.
Products that have been Used, Modified, or Missing Parts: All returns must be returned in their original condition (i.e. new and unused) with all of the original packaging and accessories. If the packaging is damaged or missing, the product will no longer be eligible for a return. Modifications done to the product by the customer are ineligible for return. Any used, modified, or damaged parts will be returned to the customer.
The product will be considered Used if:
- It has been installed or mounted to a firearm.
- Shows signs of installation marks or scratches to the finish.
- Has been physically altered or damaged.
Redcon1 Tactical will not be held responsible for defects, malfunctions, or required repairs resulting from:
- Improper assembly of a firearm.
- Unauthorized modification, alteration, or improper repair or disassembly.
Sending Back your Return
When sending back your return,
2) Write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box.
3) Include a copy of the invoice with a notation of the item(s) being returned.

4) Drop off your return with the shipping carrier.*

5) Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 days for your refund, exchange, or store credit to be processed. Returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In some instances, we may offer replacement parts at a discount or make other recommendations. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation with the results of your return and pending refund.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds for returned items will be in the same form as the original payment type or can be redeemed for in-store credit. Please specify at the time of return. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs to and from the customer are not subject to refund.
