Shipping Policy

Online Inventory

All products featured on our website reflect in-store availability.  If you can add it to the cart, then it's In-Stock and Ready to Ship!  We do NOT drop ship from an outside third party, so you can expect fast same-day shipping for most orders placed by 3 p.m. EST from Monday to Friday and 11 a.m. EST on Saturday.

Warranty

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Redcon1 Tactical LLC within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange subject to the conditions outlined in the below Return Policy. All products sold by Redcon1 Tactical LLC are new and under warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated in the product description. Redcon1 Tactical offers a lifetime warranty on all R1 Tactical name-brand products. If the product is defective, Redcon1 Tactical LLC will exchange the item(s) or give you a full refund including shipping costs within 30 days of receipt.


General Shipping Policy

Redcon1 Tactical LLC takes great pride in our ability to provide our customers with fast, same-day shipping for most orders placed before 3 p.m. EST on Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. EST on Saturday.  We also offer free shipping on orders over $200.  In very rare cases, please allow up to 48 hours after the order has been placed for product(s) to ship - this generally happens when orders are placed on Saturday afternoon.  When ordering, please allow 1-3 days shipping for USPS Priority Mail (includes free insurance up to $50), 3-5 days shipping for USPS First Class Mail (packages less than 1lb and does NOT include insurance), and 1-7 days shipping for both UPS and FedEx (location dependent) from the time the order is picked up by the carrier.  Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping service selected, shipping location, the weight of the items, and arrival time.  All orders include tracking information and confirmation of delivery service (see Shipment Tracking Information below).

Shipment Cutoff Times

All orders received after the cutoff times listed below will ship the following business day.

  • Monday through Friday: 3 p.m. EST
         - All carriers.
  • Saturday: 11 a.m. EST
         - USPS only. 
         - There is no UPS or FedEx pick up on Saturday. Orders placed using UPS and FedEx will ship the following business day.
  • Sunday: Closed

We will do our absolute best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner.  Please understand that high volume periods can change shipment processing and transit times drastically.


Shipping Addresses

Redcon1 Tactical LLC will ship to the address provided by the customer at checkout.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is entered during checkout.  Redcon1 Tactical LLC is not responsible for errors in shipping addresses inputted by the customer and cannot be held liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  You will have two opportunities to verify and review your address prior to submitting your order.  Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email allowing you to re-verify the address prior to shipment.  If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at sales@redcon1tactical.com or (910) 777-5376.

All addresses will be verified with the carrier prior to shipment.  Invalid addresses will delay the shipment and will not ship until the address is updated by the customer and re-verified with the shipping carrier.


Shipping Insurance

Redcon1 Tactical LLC's top priority is making sure you receive your package.  During checkout, you will have the opportunity to insure your package from loss, damage, and theft in transit.  Shipping insurance does not cover misdelivered or lost packages as a result of errors in shipping addresses inputted by the customer during the checkout process.

If your insured package is lost, damaged, or stolen in shipping please contact us at sales@redcon1tactical.com.  Shipping insurance will guarantee that your items are promptly replaced.  If the products are no longer in stock, we will then process a full refund.  Shipping insurance is non-refundable.

If the customer declines shipping insurance, Redcon1 Tactical LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


Shipment Tracking Information

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with a detailed list of the items ordered and the total amount charged.  As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with the courier's tracking information.  If you did not receive a Shipment Confirmation email, please check your spam folder and email settings, or notify Redcon1 Tactical LLC to request the information to be sent to you again.  In many cases, the failure to receive a Shipment Confirmation email is due to the customer providing an incorrect email during checkout.  In this situation, please call sales at (910) 777-5376 to verify the email associated with your order and update your account information.  For all registered users, your order information to include tracking information and order history can be found by logging in with your user name and password.  You may also check your Order Status here by entering your Order Number, email, and billing zip code.  Once your order is delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.

Redcon1 Tactical LLC is responsible for the shipment of your order to the address provided by the customer at checkout.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is entered during checkout.  Redcon1 Tactical LLC is not responsible for errors in shipping addresses inputted by the customer and cannot be held liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once the package is shipped, it is the responsibility of the customer to track the package's delivery and immediately notify Redcon1 Tactical LLC if there are any issues during its delivery.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Please ensure the order was first shipped from Redcon1 Tactical LLC by tracking the package's history to confirm the status of the shipment.  If the package was lost due to a mistake by Redcon1 Tactical LLC, then we will immediately replace the lost parts or provide a full refund.  If the customer purchased insurance and the package is lost, damaged, or stolen, then Redcon1 Tactical will immediately replace the lost parts or provide a full refund.  If the customer declines shipping insurance and the package is lost, damaged, or stolen, then the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.  Redcon1 Tactical LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if the customer declines shipping insurance.

Redcon1 Tactical LLC is not responsible for errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer.   Redcon1 Tactical LLC is not liable or responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if the customer declines shipping insurance.

If your tracking number shows 'delivered', but you still did not receive the package, then it is the responsibility of the customer to now contact the carrier directly to file a claim.  The phone number for USPS is 800-275-8777, FedEx is 800-463-3339, and UPS is 800-742-5877.


Rush Orders

For all Rush Orders or Next Day Deliveries, please follow up with Sales at (910) 777-5376 to place your order over the phone or email at sales@redcon1tactical.com.  Methods for shipping will be based on destination, size, value, and content.


Firearm Purchases

Firearms cannot ship to a PO Box.  All firearms purchases must ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer.  Direct Adult Signature will be required for all items with serial numbers requiring an FFL transfer. International Orders / APO Addresses

Redcon1 Tactical LLC is not authorized to ship or sell items outside of the United States.

For all products excluding firearms, we are able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail; please email sales@redcon1tactical.com with order information to request a quote.  Information needed for APO/FPO/DPO addresses must include the following information.
